Warranty
Our products need to be taken care of as specifically indicated in the label instructions.
Using harsh stain removers, detergents or bleach products, boiling water, drying on radiators or similar and any other actions not indicated on the label instructions will harm the product and therefore will not be accepted as a valid claim.
Over time and due to excessive washing, hook and loop fasteners, cloth absorbency, elastics and other parts of the product get deteriorated. This is neither accepted as a valid claim.
From “baby to potty trained” refers specifically to the size adjustment of the diaper and not the lifespan of the product. UnuPana cannot guarantee in all the cases the durability of the product until the kid is potty trained as this will also be dependent on when the kid will be potty trained and the kid’s size.
When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect (this will be the first option) or replace the product.
If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund as a voucher upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
To proceed with the reparation or replacement of the product we will need the purchase receipt as a proof for the warranty. Please note that the warranty of repaired and/or replaced products does not get extended after the reparation/replacement takes place.
Any UnuPana products bought to third parties need to be sent back to the third party itself.
